Tile Control Joint

Tile Control Joint,correctly specified and installed, will prevent tiled or marble surfaces from cracking due to the small movements and vibrations found in most buildings. They are normally located over the pad joint line in buildings or patio areas and settlement cracks in older floor surfaces.
Our Movement Joints are available with a Neoprene and EPDM in a limited range of colors. The selection and design of each expansion joint is based on the environmental conditions of each application and the relevant local building codes.
